STIPULATION AGAINST MECHANIC'S LIENS
1. On or about ~- 2001, Jill M. Strouss and Carleton O. Strouss of 486
Woodcrest Drive, Mechani rg, Pennsylvania 17050 (hereinafter "Owners"), and C & Z
Construction of 4825 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111 (hereinafter "Contractor"),
entered into written contracts by which the Contractor agreed to: 1) remodel bathroom, 2)
refurbish front of garage, and 3) renovate front porch on the Owners' residence located at 486
Woodcrest Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050.
2. It is agreed upon by the Owners and the Contractor as part of the contract
referenced in paragraph 1 and for the consideration therein set forth that neither the Contractor
nor any subcontractor of person furnishing labor or materials to the Contractor for the
performance of the contract with the Owners shall file a mechanic's lien against the building or
the land for the work or materials::done or furnished or any part thereof.
3. This agreement is executed by the Owners and the Contractor with the intention
that it be filed with the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County within
ten (10) days from the date hereof.
