Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the 17th day of July ,2+.01

hereinafter referred to as Contractor,

Rodney L. Mentzer, II and Hancy J. Mentzer

Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a duelling house

Lot No. 101, as shown on a plan entitled "The Highlands Final
Subdivision Plan, Phase 3, Section One° in Plan Book 79 page 103
and being numbered as 1112 Shannon Lane, Carlisle, PA 17013
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH.• That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of (d 1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid 6y Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideraaion mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
sabcontractors, aitd aU parties acting through ar under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be fled or maintained 6y Ehem or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done ar materials furnished 6y them or any of them under said conaract or
otherwise, far, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, fde, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against dhe said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shalt be an independent covenant.
