MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Darrell R. Goodrich, an adult individual, owning property
located at 332 Old Stone House Road S., Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania, 17007. Darrell R. Goodrich is the owner of all
that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon,
being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises,
situate, lying and being in the Township of Monroe in the
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Main Street, said
point being 58 feet from the building line of Church or
Water Street; thence along lands now or formerly of A. S.
Black and Dorothy I. Black, his wife, south 77 degrees 30
minutes west, 66.5 feet to an iron pipe; thence by the same,
north 15 degrees 45 minutes west, 65 feet to an iron pipe;
thence by the same, north 70 degrees 30 minutes east, 61.8
feet to a point in the center of said Main Street; thence by
the center of said Main Street, south 16 degrees 45 minutes
east, 73 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4,780 square feet and having thereon erected a
frame dwelling house, being numbered as 332 Old Storehouse

Road, Boiling Springs, Pa.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Maxine A. Klinedinst, now
known as Maxine A. Klinedinst Fry and Guy Fry, her husband,
by Deed dated December 23, 1999 and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office on December 29,
1999, in Deed Book 213, Page 1132, granted and conveyed unto
Darrell R. Goodrich, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-015
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Darrell R. Goodrich, an adult
individual, and the real property described herein from and on
May 20, 2001, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of
ten (10~) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees', a municipal lien is claimed against the above-
described real .property and premises in accordance with the Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq,
as amended (Municipal"Claims and Tax Liens).
