MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Erma L. Cockley, an adult individual, owning property
located at 291 Old Stone House Road S., Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, 17055. Erma L. Cockley is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Village of
Churchtown, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
On the West by a public road known as the Middlesex Road;
on the north by Lot No. 14 according to a plan of
lots hereinafter referred to, being property now or
formerly of Frank E. Brownawell and wife; on the
east by other land of Mabel M. Urich, and on the
south by other land of Erma L. Cockley, which is Lot
No. 12 according to said Plan.
BEING Lot No. 13 according to a plan known as The R. B.
Urichs Lots, which plan is recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book
4, page 73.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Mabel M. Urich, widow, by Deed
dated September 20, 1963 and recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book Z, Volume 20,
Page 443, granted and conveyed unto Erma L. Cockley, owner.
ALSO BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Mabel M. Urich, widow, by
Deed dated May 5, 1958 and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book K, Volume 18, Page
125, granted and conveyed unto Erma L. Cockley, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-031
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Erma L. Cockley, an adult individual,
and the real property described herein from and on May 19, 2001,
and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (lob)
percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys'
fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described
real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16,
1923, P.L. 207, §7 ,- as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
