MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Wendy K. Belt, an adult individual, owning property
located at 1282 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania, 17007. Wendy K. Belt is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with improvements thereon
erected situate in the Village of Churchtown, also known as
the Village of Allen, in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone in a Fourteen (14) feet wide alley at
the intersection of Church Street; thence by Church Street
Southwest to a 30 feet wide street; thence by said 30 feet
wide street North to the lot formerly of David Kauffman, now
or formerly of Creedin D. Witmer; thence East by said lot
now or formerly of Creedin D. Witmer to the said Fourteen
(14) feet wide alley; thence South by Lot formerly of
Charles Enck now or formerly of Clyde Kreiger, to the Place
of BEGINNING.
The above described premises has thereon erected a one story
dwelling house.

BEING THE SAME PREMISES which James D. Paulus and Loretta I.
Paulus, by Deed dated April 13, 1981 and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 29,
Page 256, granted and conveyed unto Wendy K. Belt, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-007
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Wendy K. Belt, an adult individual,
and the real property described herein from and on June 4, 2001,
and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10$)
percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys'
fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described
real property and premises in `accordance with the Act of May 16,
1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax~Liens).
