MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against STEVEN P. DOODAN, an adult individual, owning property located at 339 and 339B Old Stone House Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, 17007. STEVEN P. DOODAN is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the Village of Churchtown, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: ON the north by property now or formerly of Riley Urich; on the east by an alley; on the south by property now or formerly of Sarah Garver or Murray Brownawell; and on the west by Main Street. CONTAINING 33 feet in front on said Main Street and extending in depth 200 feet to said alley. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two and one-half story brick dwelling house, now containing two residences, and outbuildings, known as and numbered 339 and 339B Old Stonehouse Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania 17007 BEING the same premises which Isabella E. Lear, widow, by her Attorney-in-Fact Betty E. McCleaf of Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania, by deed dated August 1, 1991, and recorded August 1, 1991, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book G, Volume 35, Page 34, granted and conveyed unto Steven P. Doodan, owner. Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-103 Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has been duly assessed against Steven P. Doodan, and the real property described herein from and on November 16, 2001, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10$) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended,, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
