MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURBI (SIDEWALKI REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Evangelos Athanasatos and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in
the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 1509
Hemlock Avenue and having thereon erected a house. (See property description
attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 1501 Hemlock Avenue together with an
additional ten percent (10°k) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of
$2655.20, together with interest sec. le~c. from May 31, 1997, the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 1501 Hemlock Avenue
on March 16, 2000. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and
the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code,
Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sew.,, 53 P.S.
Section 46801 et seo•, Ordinance 145-C, article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of
Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Third Ward of the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (forme;ly South
Middleton Township), more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of Hemlock Avenue at the
Southwest corner of Lot No. 123; thence by Lot No. 123 North twenty-
five (2S) degrees thirty (30) minutes West one Hundred twenty (120)
feet to a point on the Southern line of Lots 107 and 106; thence
Sovth sixty-four (64) degrees thirty (30) minutes West eighty-four
(69) feet along the southern side of Lots 107 and 106 to a point;
thence South twenty-five (251 degrees thirty (301 minutes East
one hundred twenty (120) feet to a point in the Northern side of
Hemlock Avenue; thence North sixty-four (64) degrees thirty (30)
minutes East eighty-four (64) feet along the Northern side of
Hemlock Avenue to a point, the first mentioned point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 124 and the Eastern fourteen (19) feet of Lot
No. 125 on the Plan of Lots known as Valley Meadows.
BEING Che same premises which Lyle E. Ryder and Fae K. Ryder, his
wife, by Deed dated April 7, 1977, and recorded in the office of
the"Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Deed Book C, Vol. 27, Page 283, granted and conveyed to Evangelos
Athanasatos and Ekatherine Athanasatos, his wife, the Grantors herein.
