Hefelfinger and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 304 E. Louther Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.) For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 304 E. Louther Street together with an additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 253.40, together with interest sec. leg from September 30, 1998, the date of completion of the work. Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 304 E. Louther Street on September 12, 2000. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Ilgenfritz, husband and wife, by their Deed dated April 26, 1962, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book "M", Volume 20, Page 721, granted and conveyed unto John C. Hefelfinger and Margaret W. Hefelfinger, husband and wife. John C. Hefelfinger died on June 19, 1976, thus vesting title in Margaret W. Hefelfinger, as surviving tenant by the entirety. Mary W. Hefelfinger died September 16, 1995, and Letters Testamentary were granted to R. Fred Hefelfinger September 28, 1995. See Register's File No. 21-95-0718). TOGETHER with all and singular ways, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also, all the estate right, title, interest, use trust, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or out of the same.
