Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 421 E. North Street on
February 29, 2000. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and
the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code,
Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seo•, 53 P.S.
Section 46801 et sea., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of
Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East 63.54 feet to an iron pin; thence by
land of Regent Construction Company South 5 degrees 20 minutes West
139.60 feet to a smke; thence by the northern line of East Nordr Sneer
North 64 degrees 40 minutes West 109 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BE1NG improved with a seven room frame dwelling and garage
known as No. 42l East North Sheet, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Crea E. Arnold, Executrix, by deed
dated June12, 1969 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and far
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Dered Book G-23 at Page 270, granted
and conveyed unto Roger C. Spitz and Donna M. Spitz, his wife, the
Grantors herein.
