Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the ~~ day of CTGG/y/ ~ 2pp1
byandbetween Pollard & Company, Inc., of PO Box 66, DE.llsburg, PA 17Q19
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Staria S. Reisinger & Ronald E Fickett, of Upper Allen Township, Cumb rland County, PA
hereina,/~ter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a residential dwelling
on that certain lot afground situate in
ATTEST
Upper Frankford Township, being Lot lp4 on a Final Subdivision Plan title
"AShcombe Farms PRD Final-Phase 3A" dated September 1, 2UDpQ and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Dssds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 82, Page 125 and being
the same2prpoerty which Country Square Partnership, a Pennsylvania general partnership
by its deed dated the 25th day of May, Qppl granted~iand conveyed unto
Staria S. Reisinger and Ronald E Fickett
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETK That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of ($Z.(XI) Dollar to It in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, arzd the further consideration mentioned in the agreement afores¢id, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or m¢intained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or an account of any work dose or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, ia, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive ¢nd
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be as independent covenant.
