Daniel Seibert Sr., Appellant, vs. Shannon Lauckner, Appellee, In the Court Of Common Pleas Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Appeal Complaint The Appellant, Daniel Seibert Sr., complains of the appellee, Shannon Lauckner and for cause there of alleges: I. The appellee is responsiable for the items taken from 584 Meals Road Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. II. That on or about May 1,2000, the appellee had moved his sister and she had stored the belongings at his residence at the 200 block Main Street Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. III. That on or about July 1,2000, the belongings were to be returned per the appellant lawyer, before further actions took place the appellee refused. IV. The appellant had contacted Officer Margret Myers at the Mechanicburg Police Department Mechanicburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania., and charges were filled against the appellee. V. The appellee was charged by District Justice Gayle Elder, and was in agreement with Officer Myers to return the belongings and that would not be entered in to the sentencing which was held Aprii 4, 2000, in the Court Of Common Pleas. Which on that day the appelle was order to pay for the table. VI. The appellee still has possession of the stereo which was agreed to be returned and also returned an entertainment stand broken and useless. VII.
