G. Steven y and Jeri R. Ehly to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and

erection or the alteration and iepair of (a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor on
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the Baia
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within tan (10) days after date, in accordance with rea_uirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in .such case provided.

Beginning at an iron pin, being a southerly corner of Lot No. 16, and
lying in a westerly 17,/W line o£ Meadowood Place; thence along said Ii/W, S
08° 21' 37" E, 122.f5 feet to an iron pin, lying along said R/W; thence
continuing along sa#d R/tN, S 36° 46' 27" W, 41.09 feet to an iron pin, being a
southerly corner of'said R/W and lying in a northerly 1;/'W line of West First
Street (33' R/W); #hence along said liJW, S 81° 54' 30" W, 80.88 feet to an iron
pin, lying alozeg said R/W and being an eaetezly corner of lands owned now
