WHEREAS, Sheker Family Limited Parhtership, a Pennsylvania limited Partnership
("Owner") entered into a contract dated T+t~y ao ~~ ("Contract") with Premier
Construotion Group, Inc. ("Contractor") to provide materials and perform labor necessary for
renovation to an existing 4,200 square foot building along with a new 2,600 square foot addition
known as 75 Zimmerman Drive, Camp Hill, Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parries, as part
of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any subcontractor or material man, nor any other person famishing labor or materials
to the contractor under the Contract may file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work
done or materials famished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary for the County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the requirements of Section 402
of the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, codified at 49 P.S. § 1402, of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in such case provided.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate adjacent to Zimmerman Drive (a 100 foot wide legal
right-of-way Township road) in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of--way line of Zimmehnarr Drive (a 100 foot wide legal
right-of--way Township road), which point is located South 15° 50' 13" East a distance of 284 feet from
a concrete monument situate at the intersection of the eastern right-of-way line of said Zimtnennan
Drive and the southern right-of-way line of Simpson Ferry Road (Legislative Route 570), which point
also is the northwest corner of Lot No. 3A of the hemina{ter described subdivision plan; thence North
74° 09' 47" East a distance of 229.98 feet to a point; thence South 15° 50' 13° East a distance of 91.10
feet to a point; thence South 51° 2T 47" West a distance of 249.29 feet to a point along the eastern
right-of--way line of said Zimmemtan Drive; thence along the eastern right-of--way line of said
Zimmerman Drive North 15° 50' 13" West a distance of 187.30 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
