labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to

said point being the southwestern corner of Lot No. 23; THENCE along the southern line

point, said point being on the western line of Lot No. 16; THENCE along the western line
of said lot South 52 degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds East, a distance of 38.63 feet to a point,
