WHEREAS, Elizabeth F. Baudet and Siegfried M. Baudet, Owners, are
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Ridgeview
Custom Homes, Inc. for the construction of a residential dwelling on Lot
22, Deer Ridge Lane on the Final Subdivision Plan for Maple Grove (Phase
2), recorded in Plan Book 79, Page 80, more particularly described in
Exhibit"A" hereto attached and known as Deer Ridge Lane, Lot 22, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, 17013.
NOW, ~`"~Y °t`f 2001, at the time of and immediately before
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has ..been.,
given by the said Owners to Contractor to commence construction, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of th"e said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to
Contractor paid by Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
said real estate or improvements erected thereon by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the said construction, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALLthat certain tractof land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Deer Ridge Lane, on the dividing line
between Lots 22 and 23 on the hereinafter Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said line
North 04 degrees 04 minutes 48 seconds East 313.93 feet to a point; thence by lands now
or formerly of Margaret E. Lebo and lands now or formerly of Larry E. Wert & wife South
82 degrees 25 minutes 57 seconds East 213.85 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line
between Lots 21 and 22 South 04 degrees 04 minutes 48 seconds West 324.32 feet to a
point; thence by Deer Ridge Lane by a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet; an
arc length of 19.91 feet to a point; thence by the same by a curve to the left having a radius
of 225.00 feet, an arc length of 99.31 feet to a point; thence by the same North 85 degrees
55 minutes 12 seconds West 98.02 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING a total area of 1.5362 acres and being Lot No. 22 on the Final Subdivision
Plan for Maple Grove (Phase 2) recorded in the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 79, Page 80.
