is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with DAVID A. HAMLET and JINNY X. HAMLET

as per attached legal:
Now, July 23, 2ooi ~I/4~ , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before anY authority has been given by the said David A. Hamlet and Jenny X. Hamlet
to the said Haubert Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said, building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with David A. Hamlet and Jenny X. Hamlet and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to paid
by it is agreed that no-lien shall be tiled against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased. or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of
Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the
southern most corner of Lot No. 82; Thence along said
right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a radius of
375.00 feet and an arc length of 75.13 feet, said arc being
subtended by a chord of South 35 degrees 18 minutes 07 seconds
West a distance of 75.00 feet to a point, said point being the
eastern most corner of Lot No. 80; Thence along the northern line
of said lot North 60 degrees 26 minutes 14 seconds West a
distance of 111.75 feet to a point, said point being on the
eastern line of Lot No. 102; Thence along the eastern line of
said lot North 26 degrees 50 minutes 43 seconds East a distance
of 19.91 feet to a point, said point being the southern most
corner of liot No. 101; Thence along the eastern line of said lot
North 24 degrees 44 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of 80.81
feet to a point, said point being the western most corner of Lot
No. 82; Thence along the southern line of said lot South 48
degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 129.56 feet to a
point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 81 of Fairwinds, Phase III recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 78, Page 90.
CONTAINING: 10,320.99 square feet or 0.2369 acres.
SAID Lot is being subject to half of a 20 foot wide Drainage
Easement following the western boundary line as being shown in
greater detail on Final Plat Sheet 3 of 4 of Phase 3 of Fairwinds
Subdivision revised September 8, 1998, as prepared by Melham
Associates, P.C.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Victoria Glen Associates, a
Pennsylvania General Partnership, by their deed to be recorded
simultaneously herewith, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto David A. Hamlet
and Jenny X. Hamlet.
