MIINICYPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Robert E. Nace and Shirley A. Nace, husband and wife,
adult individuals, owning property located at 919 West Trindle
Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, their last known mailing address being: 919 West
Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. Robert E. Nace
and Shirley A. Nace are the owners of all that certain lot of
ground, including any improvements located thereon, being more
fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of
Monroe, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described in accordance with a survey and plan thereof made
by Gerrit 3. Betz, Registered Surveyor dated March 25, 1971
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Trindle Road,
said point being 595 feet measured Westwardly along the
center line of the Trindle Road from property now or
formerly R.C. Myers, said point also being 800 feet, more or
less, West of Sinclair Road; thence along lands now or
formerly of Charles L. Bender and Lena M. Bender, his wife,
South 8 degrees 30 minutes East, 338.39 feet to a point at
corner of lands of Romaine Heikes; thence along the line of
said land of Romaine Heikes, South 72 degrees 32 minutes
West 84.26 feet to a point in the line of Charles
McLaughlin; thence along said line of land of Charles
McLaughlin, North 8 degrees 30 minutes West 333.9 feet to a
point in the center line of the Trindle Road, aforesaid;
thence by the center line of said Trindle Road, North 70
degrees 30 minutes East 85 feet to the pont and Place of
BEGINNING.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a dwelling being known and numbered
as 919 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which the Secretary of Hou"sing and
Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., by Deed dated July
20, 1998 and recorded August 7, 1998 in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 183, Page 71,
granted and conveyed unto Robert E. Nace and Shirley A.
Nace, husband and wife, owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-023
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for
services and sewer rates levied and assessed from January 1, 2000
through and including June 30, 2001 (first calendar quarter 2000
through and including the second calendar quarter 2001). Said
Township services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Monroe Township Ordinance No. 96-10, as amended.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein is the latest statement
forwarded by Monroe Township to Robert E. Nace and Shirley A.
Nace for sewerage treated from January 1, 2000 through and
including June 30, 2001 (first calendar quarter 2000 through and

including the second calendar quarter 2001), which services total
is in the amount of $867.32., which sum was duly assessed against
Robert E. Nace and Shirley A. Nace, husband and wife, and the
real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10$) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, and including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens).
