Keough and Maureen Huber, 41 Wolfs Bridge Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with the address of the subject property at the following: 70 Clearview Drive Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". ..~ ~ 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed against the above described property for past due water service in the amount of 5319.56. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from July 24, 2001 and costs of filing are also claimed.
