STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, David and Jeri Fitzsimons, ("Owners"), the Owners of the real estate identified
as 734 West Penn Street Carlisle PA 17013, Cumberland County Deed Book rel~rence vol.33, p.720 have entered
an agreement with Keith T. Mullen, ("Contractor"), whose principal place of business is 502 Creek Road, Carlisle,
PA 17013; for construction of a house additaon and related remodeling of the above referenced real estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, this'~'~ day of October, 2001, before any authority had been given by Owners
to Contractor to commence work on said facilities or purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of
the above-described Contract with Owners, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to Comractor
by Owners, the receipt whereof is herel~y acknowledged, it is agreed that no liens or clmms shall be filed or
maintained against the Owners' facilities and the land above-descrilm~by'the Contractor or any of its
subcontractors, or by any of the materialman or workmen, or any other person acting through or under them, for or
on account of any labor or materials purchased, or ex~n~ l~s~r ~rmaterials purchased for, towards, in or about the
ercet~on, constract~on, design and improvement of smd f~cihties, under smd contract or otherwise, the right to
have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities and the land above-describeck being hereby
expressly waived by the Contractor for itself, its subcontractors, ail materialmen, or workmen and other acting
through or under them.
