MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Nader Alajlouni and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 20 W. Willow
Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 20 W. Willow Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 828.98,
together with interest sec. le~c. from September 30, 1999, the date of completion
of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 20 W. Willow Street on
July 11, 2001. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the
charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act
of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sea., 53 P.S. Section
46801 et sec., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter
223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and inconsideration of the sum of One

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Willow SVeet (GO feet wide) at llte
distance of 136.1 feet measured North 77 degrees 13 minutes 15 seconds West Gom the
intersection aCsaid side of Willow Street with llte Westerly side of Soutlr Hanover Street (80 feel
wide); extending thence (L) along remaining lands of the said Grantor, parallel with South
I lanover Street, South 12 degrees 30 minutes West 137 Ceet more or less to a point in liue of
lands now or late of Hobart M. Sounder et ux; thence (2) along said Souder land, North 77

May 27, 1968, recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book Volume Y22, Page 86 and Iherealler
vested in Uni-Marls, inc. by merger on October 7, 1988.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises as with all the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, heredilatnents end premises hereby granted or ntenlioned and intended sa to be,
with the appurtenances, unto said Grantee.
