MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against David C. Sheibley and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 65 8~ 67 W.
North Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description
attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 65 & 67 W. North Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 634.50,
together with interest sec. 1e~c. from Jufy 31, 1998, the date of completion of the
work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 65 W. North Street on
July 11, 2001. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the
charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act
of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seo•, 53 P.S. Section
46801 et seo., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter
223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

and convey to the said grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL that certain tract of ground, with building erected thereon,
situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, :known as 65-67 Weat North Street bounded and

Beginning in the South by West North Street; on the East by lot
formerly of the heirs of Sarah Black, deceased, now or formerly or
George Ogilby; on the Narth by an alley; on the West by lot
formerly of Lewis Butcher, now or formerly of Annie R. Lelvaan.
CONTAINING 29 feet in front of said West North Street and extending
in depth lI2 feet, mono or leas. Beinq the property known as 65-67
West North Street, Carlisl a, CumberI and County, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same property conveyed to Eric C. Weller by Deed of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dated November 8, 1991 and recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Deed Book 35.7,
Page 714. Being the same property that was also conveyed by the
said Eric C. Weller, Granter herein, by installment agreement of
sale to David Sheibley, Grantee herein, and Arthur Thompson. The
said Arthur Thompson transferring hie interest in the mentioned
real estate to Grantee David Sheibley by agreement dated March 22,
1999, a copy which is attached to this deed.
