MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Robert H. Barrett and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 134-136 E.
High Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 134-136 E. High Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 204.93,
together with interest sec. leg, from October 31, 2000, the date of completion of
the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 134 E. High Street on
July 11, 2001. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the
charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act
of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sec., 53 P.S. Section
46801 et seo•, Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter
223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

Robert Barrett; thence extending along line of same, South 13 degrees 30 minutes Weat,

minutes West, 14.00 feet to a point; thence continuing alony same, South 13 degrees
30 minutes West, 701.00 Eeet to a point on the Northeastern side of Liberty Alley; thence
extending along same, North 76 degrees 30 minutes West, 13.15 feet to a point at a corner
of other lands of Robert Barrett, aforesaid; thence extending alohg same, the three (31

point; (2) thence South 76 degrees 30 minutes East, 6.75 feet to a point; (3) thence
