Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against Violet Katherine Look an adult individual, owning property located at 1289 High Street, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, 17007. By virtue of the death of Harold Monroe Look, a joint-tenant in ownership, said date of death being June 4, 1981, Violet Katherine Look, as the surviving joint-tenant, became and is the sole owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the village of Churchtown, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BOUNDED on the North by High Street; on the West by lands formerly of Rudolph Kryshu, now or formerly of Norman Eby; on the South by lands formerly of Rudolph Kryshu, now or formerly of Hobart Souders; and on the East by lot now or formerly of Harper Zell. HAVING a frontage on High Street of 44 feet, more or less, and extending in depth at an even width 154 feet, more or less. HAVING ERECTED THEREON a single two and one-half story stucco dwelling house, being known and numbered as 1289 High Street, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. BEING the same premises w] McGill, husband and wife, and recorded February 15, Recorder of Deeds Office, 205, granted and conveyed Harold Monroe Look. rich John E. McGill and Helen C. by Deed dated February 11, 1977, 1977, in the Cumberland County in Deed Book "A", Volume 27, Page unto Violet Katherine Look and Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-084 Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has been duly assessed against Violet Katherine Look, an adult individual, and the real property described herein from and on August 5, 2001, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10$) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above- described real property and premises in -2- ~' . „ 1. - 1 accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens}.
