It is further Ordered that this court retains jurisdiction over any future litigation regarding custody of the parties minor children. GOOD Defendant Civil Acflon -Custody STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF AN AGREED ORDER OF CUSTODY THIS STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT entered into this ~ ~ day of ~ ~ f . 2001, by and between Sharon M. Good, (hereinafter referred to as "Mother") and Steven A. Good, (hereinafer refezeed to as "Father"). NOW THI5 AGREEMENT WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, the Mother and Father are the natural parents of one child, namely, Heidi Elizabeth Good, (hereinafter "Child"), born ~~~ ,~~h /997 ;and WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an agreement relative to the custody and visitation of the child. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements as hereinafer set forth and intending to be legally bound, the parties hereto agree as follows: L Mother and father shall share legal custody of the child. ~- ' ~ 2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the child, subject to Father's right of visitation as follows: A. Every other weekend. B. Father shall have further visitation from time to time as the parties shall mutually agree, and when to do so will not be detrimental to the best interests of the child. 3. The following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day and Thanksgiving shall be alternated between the pazties by mutual agreement. Mother's day will be with Mother and Father's day will be with father from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The parties will agree to a Christmas schedule that allows each parry to have time with the child on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. 4. The parties shall have reasonable telephone contact with the child during the other parties periods of physical custody or visitation as the case may be. 5. The parties shall do nothing that may estrange the child from the development of the child's love or affection for the other party. 6. The parties will endeavor to establish a positive and amicable relafionship in recognition of the mutual goal of promoting a happy and healthful relationship, which is in the best interests of the child. 7. Any modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be effective only if made in writing and only if executed with the same formality of this agreement. 8. The parties agree that in making this agreement there has been no fraud, concealment, overreaching, coercion or other unfair dealing on the part of the other. ,,e . . 9. The parties hereby stipulate to the entry of the above as an order of court and waive their right to appear before the court for the presentation of this stipulation and its incorporation as an order. The parties further aclmowledge that the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County has jurisdiction over the issue of custody of the parties' minor child and shall retain such jurisdiction should circumstances change and should either parry desire further or require further modification of said Order.
