On 8/27/99 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to ACCUBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1569, Page 479. By Assignment of Mortgage dated 5/8/00 the mortgage was assigned to PLAINTIFF which Assignment is recorded in Assignment of Mortgage Book No. 647, Page 629. 4.
