Ownei,wherebytheformerundertookandagreedtoerectundconstructa Single-family dwelling
on that certain lot of ground situate in

Mechanicsburg Borough, Cumberland County,"Pennsylvania, and more
particularly described as Lot No. 1 on the Preliminary/Final
Subdivision Plan for Sechrist Development Corp dated February 12,
1999 and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 79, page 87.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 1-7-24-0789-367
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the Snm of (~Lt30) Dollar to i t in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
achrtoiuledged, and the further consideration mentioned in tlne agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
Subcontractors, and alI parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that na mechanic's lierzs or claims
shall be fled or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or an account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, jor, towards, in, or about 6he erertioa and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
aril the Said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall 6e an independent covenant.
