After the initial installation of the air conditioning system, the Scott's enjoyed a trouble free operation for one season. Upon the start up ofthe second mason, the plastic drain piping had failed causing condensation to leek into the cct7tng area and damage the drywall The type of failure seen in the piping was unusual. It appeared to have fractures and cracks along area-foot section. The piping was removed and replaced. Tile system has been &ne. 1 hope this information has been helpful.
