C. hereby makes application to this Court for the appointment of School Police Officers for the South Middleton School District under the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. § 7-778), and represents as follows: 1. That the South Middleton School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That said South Middleton School District is desirous of and in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said School District. 3.
