KNO`N ALL MF.N BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned Contactors, Mechanics and Material
r~nen, intending to be legally bound hereby have remised, released and waived, and by these presents do, for
ourselves, our heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives, remise, release and watve, to and in
fsvvr of VICTOR D. h9ACOMBER ands WANDA W. MACOMBER, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereinafter
called OWNER, our right under ACt of Assembly entitled, "The Mechanics Lien Aci: of 1963, as amended;' to file
or enter on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against alt the certain improvemerts and tract of ground now titled
in the name of the OWNER situate in Lower Allen Township, County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania
rn the ?ROPERTY KNOW'td AS 704 Lisburn Road, Gamp Hili, Pennsylvania and BF_ING a tract of 1.132 acres,
Tax Parcel No. 13-23-0549+936A, on the Plan of O. P. Raffensperger Associates dated December 23, 1971 and
recorded in the Cumberand County Recorders Office in Plan ®ook 22, Page 15.a, and made part hereof by
raferenee, for any end a1! work done upon and materials furnished for a dwelling house or other buildings or other
improvements on said land by us in the erectfcn, building and completion thereof, or that may hereafter be done
rr furnished nn the same so that O'~/NER holds the said improvement and tot frer=and clear of any present and
tuture claims of any mechanics rien far any labor cr materials supplied or to be supplied by us in or towards any
improvements to said lot. It is the express intent of ti-,e parties to be legally bound hereby in aca~rdance with the
