RELEASE OF MECHANICS CLAIM
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned Contractors, Mechanics and Material
Men, intending to be legally bound hereby have remised, released and waived, and by these presents do, for
ourselves, our heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives, remise, release and waive, to and in
favor of VICTOR D. MACOMBER and WANDA W. MACOMBER, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereinafter
called OWNER, our right under Act of Assembly entitled, "The Mechanics Lien Act of 1963, as amended;' to file
or enter on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against all the certain improvements and tract of ground now titled
in the name of the OWNER situate in Lower Allen Township, County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania
on the PROPERTY KNOWN AS 704 Lisburn Road, Camp Flill, Pennsylvania and BEING a tract of 1.132 acres,
Tax Parcel No. 13-23-0549-136A, on the Plan of D. P. Raffensperger Associates dated December 23, 1971 and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 22, Page 155, and made part hereof by
reference, for any and all work done upon and materials furnished for a dwelling house or other buildings or other
improvements on said land by us in the erection, building and completion thereof, or that may hereafter be done
or furnished on the same so that OWNER holds the said improvement and lot free and clear of any present and
future claims of any mechanics lien for any labor or materials supplied or to be supplied by us in or towards any
improvements to said lot. It is the express intent of the parties to be legally bound hereby in accordance with the
provisions of the Mechanics Lien Act of 1963, as amended.

for said buildings and in the erection and completion thereof.
