INSTALLMENT PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the Undersigned Me11SSd W Klll].i1Q2r hereinafter referred to as "Borrower', of22 N EdS"t. St. Cdr11S1~o;PA
and severally promise to pay to the order of ADAMS UTILITY SERVICES COMPANY d/b/a AERO ENERGY, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", a Pennsylvania
corporation with offices at 230 Lincoln Way East, New Oxford, Pennsylvania 17350, the sum of $4362.00 Dollars, without defalcation,
payable upon demand; provid€d ihyL,uotil such demantl is made, said amount, together with interest thereon at the rate of percent ( U_/) per annum, shall
be payable fn successive L& installments as follows:
The sum of shall be paid on MdV 15 00 and a like sum on the 15th day of each IriOn'tll
thereafter until said principal sum of . QO is fully paid, together with interest as aforesaid.
If any installment of this note is not paid at the lime specifed herein, the entire amount unpaid shall be due and payable at the election of the holder hereof,
and failure to exercise this option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any other time. Borrower empowers the prothonotary or any attorney of
any court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere, to appear for borrower, or any of them, and to confess judgment against Borrower, or any of them, for the above sum,
with or without declaration filed, together with costs of suit antl release of all errors and without stay of execution, and in case of default, with attorney's fees of fifteen
(15%) per cent; and with respect to any judgment entered hereon, each of the Borrower waives in regard to any real or personal property levied upon, any right of
appraisement, exemption or stay of execution under any law now in force or hereafter enacted, the right of inquisition (and agrees that any real estate shall be voluntarily
condemned antl may be sold under a writ of execution or other writ), the right of appeal, and does release all errors. Each of the Borrower and all entlorsers waive
protest of this note.
The Borrower intentionally, understandingly and voluntarily waives the following rights:
A. The right to have prejudgment notice and hearing prior to the entry of judgment.
B. The right to have the burden of proof on the creditor and to have the creditor prove default before execution upon Borrower's property.
C. The right to avoid the expense, including additional costs and attorney's fees, incidental and attendant upon opening or striking a confessed judgment.
