in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, commonly n as
Lot 5 Old Stone House Road as per attached the attached legal description.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of undeveloped real estate situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a paint in the centerline of Old Stone House Road (L.R. 21028), which point is at
the dividing line between the instant tract and Lot No. 4 formerly of Carolyn R. Glace; thence along
a line North of the centerline of Old Stone House Road (L.R. 21028) South 55 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds East a distance of 330.00 feet to a point along the boundary line between the instant
tract and lot No. 6 formerly of Carolyn R. Glace; thence along said boundary line South 35 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 674.43 feet to a point along the boundary line between
the instant tract of Lot No. 7 formerly of Carolyn R. Glace; thence North 55 degrees 06 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 330.00 feet to a point at the intersection of the instant tract, Lot
No. 4, Lot No. 7 and Lot No. 8, all formerly of Carolyn R. Glace; thence along said boundary line
between the instant tract of Lot No. 4 formerly of Carolyn R. Glace North 35 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds East a distance of 675.00 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a Twenty (20) feet wide drainage easement as shown on the recorded
Subdivision Plan.
