CUSTODY STIPULATION
It is hereby stipulated that:
Nichole lynn seger, natural mother of herein named minor, is an adult
individual who currently resides at 5 Adams St., Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, 17025.
2. Bennie Lee Jenkins Jr., natural father of herein named minor, is an
adult individual whose whereabouts currently are unknown. Bennie
Lee Jenkins last known address is 678 N. Front St., York, PA.
3. Dayshawn M. Jenkins, minor and natural child of Nichole L. Sieger and
Bennie Lee Jenkins Jr., currently resides at 666 Salem Rd., Etters, PA
17319.
4. Cathy Louise Sieger, the maternal grandmother, is an adult who
currently resides at 666 Salem Rd., Etters, PA 17319.
5. Nichole Lynn Sieger has full, legal, and physical custody of Dayshawn
M. Jenkins. Nichole L. Sieger wishes to give custody of Dayshawn M.
Jenkins to Cathy L. Sieger. Cathy L. Sieger will have full, legal and
physical custody of Dayshawn M. Jenkins, including the right and
responsibility to make decisions regarding Dayshawn M. Jenkins
education, health, financial and any other decision that may be
required to properly care for said minor.

6. Cathy L. Sieger wishes to accept full, legal and physical custody of
Dayshawn M. Jenkins.
7. There is no requirement for Bennie L. Jenkins Jr. to pay child support
in any manner or form.
