At the same time and place, Defendant, Steven Peifer, was operating his vehicle on Haldeman Street when he failed to observe the four-way stop sign and proceeded into Maple Street, striking the vehicle owned and operated by Robert Snyder. As a result of the recklessness, carelessness and negligence of the Defendant, Steven Pefifer, Robert Snyder was caused to incur property damages to his vehicle in the amount of $2,871.54. By virtue of payments made by it on behalf of its insured, Robert Snyder, CGU Insurance Group has become subrogated to all rights of recovery of Robert Snyder against the Defendant, Steven Pefifer. Wherefore this suit is brought and Plaintiff claims damages of $2,871.54.
