RELEASE OF MECHANICS CLAIM

be legally bound hereby', have remised, released and waived, and by these presents do, for ourselves, our heirs, successors and

heirs, successors and assigns, hereinafter called OWNER, our right under Act of Assembly entitled, "The Mechanics Lien Act of
1963, as amended", to file or enter on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against all the certain house and tract of ground now

and clear of any present and future claims of any mechanics lien for any labor or materials supplied or [o be supplied by us in or
