MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR ICURB- (SIDEWALK- REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against O. C. Tyler and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as the South East corner of
W. Penn Street and N. West Street and having thereon erected a house. (See
property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for the South East corner of W. Penn Street and
N. West Street together with an additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor
filing fee for a total of $ 3351.60, together with interest sec. le~c.. from September
30, 1997, the date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 1416 Bradley Drive,
H212 on August 13, 2001. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle
and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough
Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sec., 53
P.S. Section 46801 et se~C., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article
V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

THI5 DEED, made and entered into effective as of December 5,
~,~~' 1986, between AERO OIL COMPANY, successor by~Merger to Aero Realty,
' Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with an office at 230 Lincolnway
East, New Oxford, Pennsylvania, party of the first part, GRANTOR,
and 0. C. TYLER, with a mailing address at 62 Fifth Avenue,
Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, party of the second part, GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the said GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to the said GRANTEE,
ALL that tract of land together with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
Gu the North by West- Perm Street; on the Easy: by land now or
formerly of George Jackson; on the ,South by land now or formerly of
Adams Lizman's Heirs and by land now or formerly of Daniel Hodge;
and on the West by North West Street. Said tract of land having a
frontage of 59.5 feet, more or less, on West Penn Street, and
extending in depth along North West Street, 42 feet, more or less,
and along its-eastern boundary, the same being land now or formerly
of George Jackson, 40 feet. Being improved with a gasoline service
station.
BEZNG the same tract of land which Paul R. Teitrick and Elsie
L. Teitrick, his wife, by Deed dated July 17, 1968 and recorded in
the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in Deed Book "V", Vol. 22, Page 935, granted and conveyed to Aero
Realty, Inc. The said Aero Realty, Inc. was merged with and into
Aero Oil Company, the surviving corporation, effective June 1,
1982.
This Deed is given to take the place of a Deed from GRANTOR to
GRANTEE dated on or about December 5, 1986 which has been lost.
The GRANTEE herein shall be responsible for the payment of all deed
stamps, transfer taxis, recording fees anc.3 any other charges
related to the transfer of the property and the recordation of this
Deed.
AND the said GRANTOR does hereby covenant that it will warrant
specially the property hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal
the day and year first above written.
