No. or- X523 cam' Petition to Obtain Title of a Vehicle I am Larry Notz, living at 31 Homestead Lane, Enola, PA 17025. Respondent's name is John Lewis living at 1730 N. Dover Street, Phila., PA 19121. On or about, May 1999, I located and purchased a 1986 Plymouth Horizon, for my employee, John Lewis (Respondent). John had agreed verbally to repay the money I had loaned to him for the purchase of the vehicle. Within several weeks after the agreement, John stopped showing up for work and made no repayments for the vehicle. I contacted John and asked him to return the vehicle and keys, to which he complied. However, obtaining John's cooperation for legal transfer of the vehicle to me has not been forthcoming. At this time, I am asking for the Court's authority in obtaining legal possession of this vehicle. .z r an ~ I verify that the statements made in this Petition are true and correct.
