Reference is made to Sheriff's Sale dated December 7, 2001, and pertaining to Writ of
Execution. No. 2001-5708, Judgement No. 2001-5708 Civil Term, Bazbco, Inc. -vs- Mark
Mahoney, at 25 Park Street, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 17065.
On October 3, 2001 the above execution was issued by the Cumberland County
Prothonotary's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania with instruction to levy on a 1984 Siena House
Trailer, Vin. No. LTL20746, title owner Mark Mahoney. On October 17, 2001 said execution was
served upon Mark Mahoney, at 10 Park Drive, Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17065, at which time the abovementioned mobile home was levied upon, at 25
Park Street, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 17065.
On November 16, 2001, Sheriff Sale Bills, with sale scheduled for Friday December 7,
2001 at 3:00 P.M., were posted on the abovementioned mobile home at 25 Pazk St, Mount Holly
Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065.
At 3:00 P.M., December 7, 2001 the mobile home was offered for public sale at 25 Park
Street, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania at which time it was sold to Barbco, Inc., 117 South
Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 for the sum of $1.00 plus sheriff's costs, which
was the highest bid received.
