STIPULATION AQAINSt LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 27th day of June, 20p1 by and between David Blackburn,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,

Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
fonrrer undertook and agreed to perform and complete a home renovation project at 229
Susquehanna Avenue in the borough of Enola, Cumberland County, PA
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNE5SETH: That the said Contractor, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to and in hand paid by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the Agreement
aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be flied or maintained by diem or any
of them against the said buildings and the iot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise,
for, towards, im, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on tbe lot above
described and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or
claims against fire said buiklings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

appeared David Blackburn, contractor, and Christopher Guk~tta, known to me (ar
satisfactorily proven) to be the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of
the County of Cumberland, and that as such Executive Director, being authorized to do
so, executed the sarrre for the purposes therein contained.
