(2) by posting of handbills at the place of sale and place of levy at KJines Service
Center, Route 522, Beaver Springs, Snyder County, Pennsylvania, on November 5, 2001 at 2:50

Snyder County Sheriffs Office in the amount of One Thousand Two-Hundred Twenty-
Seven Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($1,227.16) this representing the amount of the
judgment on the Writ, Sheriff's Fees and Prothonotary Office Fees.
(h)On November 21, 2001 cancelled the Scheduled Sale of Personal Property.
(i) On November 26, 2001 distributed the amount received by Klines Service Center as

Center in and to the personal property hereinafter described, seized and taken in execution as

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The personal property will be sold subject to the following conditions of sale:
The personal property will be sold to the highest bidder. The entire amount of the successful bid shall be
deposited in cash with the Sheriff by the successful bidder when bid is accepted. Upon failure or refusal to make
such payment, the successful bidder shall lose benefit of his bid and the personal property may be immediately be
put up again and sold unless the second highest bidder is willing to take the property at the highest bid price and
make payment of cash as provided above.
Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest and claimants that all claims to the property must be filed
with the Sheriff before the sale and all claims to the proceeds must be filed before distribution.
A Schedule of Distribution will be med in the Office of the Sheriff, 12 South Main Street, Middlebnrg,
Snyder County, Pennsylvania on November 26, 2001, which is within five (5) days after the sale of the personal
property, and that distribution will be made in accordance with snch Schedule unless exceptions are filed thereto
within ten (10) days thereafter.
