Cumberland Count'"f. Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Upper Mifflin Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, conveyed to Owners by deed of
Eric M. Klopp and Marilyn S. Klopp, his wife, dated August 31,
