an agreement with Keith T Mullen, ("Contractor"), whose principal place of business is 502 Creek Road, Carlisle,
p A 11013; for construction of a house addition and re~ted remodeling of the above referenced real estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, this~ day of Octo1ler, 2001, before any authority had been given by Owners
to Contractor to commence work on said faciJities or PW~ materials for same, in consideration of m"king of
the above-described Contract with Owners, and in ftnthj:.consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to Contractor
by Owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge,(it is "greed that no liens or claims shall be filed or
maintained against the Owners' faciJities and the land ~ve-descril>o1d'by'the Contractor or any of its
subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmeJi, :pr any other person acting through or under them, for or
on account of any hlbor pr materials purchased, or extra"~-m 1IIllterials purchased for, towards, in or about the
erection, construction, design and i):nprovement of said faGii,ities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to
have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the f"cilities and the land above-described, being hereby
expressly waived by the Contractor for itself, its subcontracl~s, all materialmen, or workmen and other acting
through or under them,
