Of Cumberland Coun1y, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Excaliber Homes of Cumberland Coun1y, Pennsylvania, for the erection of 04,717 +/- sqft new
home upon a lot of land situate 555 Harvest Lane, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland Counly,
Pennsylvania, owned by OWner.
Now, October 22, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authori1y has been given by the said Debra Eckstine-Raloh to the
said Excaliber Homes to commence work on the said new home, or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of said contract with Excaliber Homes and the further consideration of
one Dollar, to Excaliber Homes. paid by Debra Eckstlne-Ralph, It is agreed that no lien shall
be flied against the building and/or land for any labor, or materials purchased by any subcontractor,
nor by any material men or workrnE;ln or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of sold building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived, except those rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7,9,
14 and 19, of the contracts signed by Debra Eckstine-Raloh and by Excallber Homes.
