This notice is to advise you that in accordance with Section 3302( d) of the Divorce Code, you may request that the court require you and your spouse to attend marriage counseling prior to a divorce being handed down by the court. CORMAN, who currently resides at 3441 Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, where he has lived for more than six (6) months prior to the date of this Complaint. 2. Defendant is JACQUELINE K. CORMAN, who currently resides at 3441 Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, where she has lived for more than six (6) months prior to the date of this Complaint. 3. Both Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on January 8, 1982, in Newville, Pennsylvania. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. 8.
