XBX dated October 20, 2001, to pravide materials and/ar perform labar necessary for the construction and erectionar the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon thase certain pieces or parcels of land situtated in West Pennsboro "Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follaws: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" " , NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractar o~ materialman, nor any ather person furnishing labar or materials to the said" contractar under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a'mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building ar any part thereaf.
