EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Sconsett Way, a 50 foot wide
street, said point being the northern corner of Lot No. 13: thence along the western line of
said lot South 31 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 93.01 feet to a point,
said point being the northeastern corner of Lot No. 26; thence along the northern line of
said lot North 65 degrees 45 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 75.68 feet to a point,
said point being the southern corner of Lot No. 15; thence along the eastern line of said
lot North 39 degrees 30 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 1 04.53 feet to a point, said
point being on the southern right-of-Way line of Sconsett Way; thence along said rlght-of-
way line along a curve to the left having a radius of 325.00 feet and an arc length of28.15
feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 56 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds
East a distance of 28.14 feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line
South 58 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 32.81 feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING.
