CONFESSED JUDGMENT COMPLAINT
Plaintiff files this Complaint pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 2951(b) for Confession of Judgment and avers the
following:
1. Plaintiff is Pennsylvania State Bank Leasing, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal office and place of business at 2148 Market Street, Post
Office Box 457, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Peunsylvania 17001-0487.
2. Defendant, Keg Ann Ancorp., is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Maryland, with llll office and place of business at 3173 Main Street, Manchester, Maryland 21102, and is now
or formerly was doing business as House of Pasta.
3. Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa, is an adult individual, maintaining an address of 3173 Main Street,
Manchester, Maryland 21102.
4. On or about November 7, 2000, Defendant, Keg Ann Corp., did execute a Lease Agreement with
Plaintiff. Said LellSe Agreement was submitted to Plaintiff's home office in Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, approved at said offices and accepted at said offices, thereby creating situs in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

5. Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of the original Lease
Agreement dnly execnted by Defendant, Keg Ann Corp. as Lessee.
6. Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of the original
Gnaranty of Lease dnly execnted by Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa as Personal Guarantor.
7. The attached instrmnents have not been assigned.
8. Judgment has not been entered on the attached instruments in any jurisdiction.
9. The Defendant, Keg Ann Corp., is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $10,505.21 for the balance
due and owing under the Lease Agreement for which payment has not been received when due and payable, which
constitutes a defanlt thereunder whereby Plaintiff exercises its option to declare the entire balance covered by the
within instrument immediately due and payable.
10. The Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa, as Personal Guarantor, is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of
$10,505.21 for the balance due and owing under the Lease Agreement by Keg Ann Corp., which constitutes a defanlt
thereunder whereby Plaintiff exercises its option to declare the entire balance covered by the within instrmnent
immediately due and payable.
11. In spite of Plaintiff's frequent demands, the Defendants continue in defanlt under the aforesaid
obligations.
12. By virtue of the foregoing, the Defendants are indebted to the Plaintiff as foUows:

13. By reason of the foregoing, Plaintiff is entitled to Judgment in the full amount of the indebtedness
to Plaintiff, all of which appears by reference to the attached instrument, and by reason of Defendants' default in
the sum of $10,505.21.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment in the sum of $10,404.21, plus interest thereon from the date
of Judgment as authorized by the warrant appearing in the attached instrument.

This Guaranty Agreement made and entered as of the date wrltlen below by the undersigned Guarantot(s) (hereinafter collectively "Guarantor"), it! favor of
Pennsylvanill.State Bank Leasing (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor").
WHEREAS, l..essot may enter into a lease andlor other related agreements (hereinafter eollectively"Lease") wllh the above referenced Lessee; and,
WHEREAS, Guanmlor has an interest, financial or otherwise, in Lessee, and it Is to the benefil of Guarantor that Lessor enter into the Lease with Lessee, Ilnd
Guarantor has read the proposed Lease in full and finds the h:nns of said Lense acceptable, and In recognition that Lessor would be unwilling 10 enter Inlo the Lease
without the Guaranty hereinafter set forth, and in recognition of Lessor's reliance upon the Guaranty in entering into tbe Lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, in order to in;duce Lessor to enter into this Lease, Guaranlor,jointly and severally, guarantees the fAithful and full performance by Lessee of
all tenns and conditions of the Lease.: In the event of default by Lessee, or failure 10 faithfully perfonn any of the terms or conditions required of Lessee under the
Lease, or in the event of failure of Lessee to make any or all payments of money required of it under the Lease, Guarantor unconditionally promises to pay 10 Lessor,
in lawful money of the United Stales~ all sums at any time due and IJnpaid under the Lease, plus costs of collection, including reasonably attorneys' fees with or
without trial,and upon al'peal and review.

otherwise change the payment terms or other terms of the Lease or any part thereof., Lessor may without notice, assign this GUllIanty in whole or io part.
Guarantor hereby waives any right!o require Lessor to: (a) proceed against Lessee; (11) proceed against or exhaust any security held by Lessor; or (c) pursue any other
remedy in Lessor's power. Guarantor waives any defense arising by reason orany defense of Lessee, or by reason of the cessation, from any conse whatsoever, of the
liability ofLesse~ under the lease and hereby waives any right to trial by jury in any claim, action, procading or counterelaim by eithet lessor Ot gu1\ta\\tot against
each other on any matter arising out of or in any way connected with this guaranty, the sale of the equipment or IIse of the equipment.
Guarantor waives any and all demands for performance, notices of nonperfonn~nce or default, and notices of cancenatlon or forfeiture. lessor may apply all
proceeds received from Lessee or others 10 such part of Lessee's Indebtedness as Lessor may deem appropriate without consulting Guarantor and with prejudice to or
in any way limiting or lessening the liability of Guarantor under Ihis Guaranty.
This Guallmty shall not be affected or discharged by the death of the undersigned, and shall inure to the benefit of any successors or assigns of Lessor. This
Instrument comtitutes the entire agreement between Lessor and Guarantor. No oral or wTitten representation not <<l\\tained !\eftin studl in any way affect this
Guaranty, which shall not be notified except by the parities In writing. Waiver by Lessor of any provision hereof in one instance shall not constitute a waiver as to
any other instance.
Guarantor, having specifically read and understood the Submission of Personal Jurisdiction; Choice of Law, herehy agrees lo'be bound by its terms which are
incor(loratedhereln by reference.
