LOT 133. THE HEIGHTS OF BEACON HILL
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower AlIen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the eastern right-of-way line ofSconsett Way, Twenty-five
Feet (25') from the centerline of the same and along lands of Phase 3 of the Heights of Beacon
Hill.
THENCE along said right-of-way, with a curve to the left: having a Radius of one hundred
seventy-five and zero hundredths feet, an arc length of fifty-eight and twenty-seven hundredths
feet, a bearing of North thirty-one degrees thirty minutes four sec.onds East with a distance of
fifty-eight and zero hundredths feet (R= 175.00', A=58.27', N 310 30' 04" E - 58,00') to a point on
the same and the front property corner with lot # 132.
THENCE leaving said right-of-way and along the property line with said lot, South sixty-eight
degrees two minutes sixteen seconds East, a distance of one hundred sixty-five and fifty-two
hundredths feet (S 680 02' 16" E -165.52') to a point on the same, the rear property corner with
said lot and along lands of Inez Parkins.
THENCE along said lands, South zero degrees eight minutes twenty-eight seconds West, a
