Matthew Boyd has signed the lease for the time period of June 2001 through May
of2002 at the residence of 127 N Penn St. in Shippensburg. After failing out of school,
Matthew decided not to reside in the above residence and has refused to pay rent. I have
covered his portion of the rent, $140 per month, for the months of July, August,
September, and October. This total amount adds up to $560, which is the amount I have
filed for.
