WRIT OF EXECUTION UPON A CONFESSED JUDGMENT
TO: THE SHERIFF OF DAUPHIN COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA; and
THE SHERIFF OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.
To satisfy the judgment. interest and costs against EZ Online. Inc.,
d/b/a PA Wireless and PA Broadband. L.P.. d/b/a PA Broadband. successor-i~-
interest to EZ Online. Inc.. Defendants;
(1) YoU are directed to levy upon the property of the Defendapts and
to sell their interest therein;
(2) You are also directed to attach the property of the Defendants
not levied upon in the possession of Mellon Bank and Pennsylvania State Bank
as Garnishees:
Proceed to levy upon &lY and all personal property of tbe Defendants
located at:
(al Cumberland County. 5170 East Trindle Road, Mecbanicsburg, PA
17055 and tbe following remote communication $ites of tbe Defendants:
Reeser's Summit,99 Fifteenth Street, New Cumberland, PA 17071;
Rooftop of 3424 Simpson F9rryRoad, Camp Hill, PA 17011; and 36 West
Allen Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 and any and all personal
propertr of the Defendants located at pennsylvania State Bank, Attn:
Herb We~~, 2148 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011; and
(b) Dauphin County. Any and all personal property of the
Defendants located at Mellon Bank, 10 South Second Street, Harrisburg,
PA 17108 and any and all personal property of Defendants located at
the following remote communication sites of the Defendants: 2020 Blue
Mountain Pkwy., Harrisburg, PA 17112; 1519 North Front Street,
Harrisburg, PA 17102; and 660 Boas Street, Harrisburg, PA 17011.
and to notiffJ the Garnishees that
a) an attachment has been issued.
b) the Garnishees are enjoined from paying any debt to or
any account of the D~fend~nts ~nd from delivering any property of the
Detendants or otherWlse dlsposlng thereof.
(3) If property of the Defendants not levied upon and subject to
attachment is found in the possession of anyone other tnan the named
Garnishees you are directed to notify him tnat he has been added as a
Garnishee and is enjoined as above stated.

d/b/a PA Wireless and PA Broadband, L.P.. d/b/a PA Broadband, successor-in-
interest to EZ Online. Inc.. Defendants;
(1) You are directed to levy upon the property of the Defendapts and
to sell their interest therein;
(2) You are also directed to attach the property of the .Defendants
not levied upon in the possession of Mellon Bank and Pennsylvania State Bank
as Garnishees:'
